SHIPPING QUESTIONS
1. How long will it take to get my order?
It will take anywhere from 1-3 business days to process an order before it ships. Shipping time varies from 1-7 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
2. Does Dara's Diamonds Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally to select countries on a case by case basis. We can only accept bank transfer for international orders. Payments made by bank transfer require up to two weeks to process.
3. Am I responsible for lost mail?
No. Every package is insured for the purchase price and will require a signature from an adult on arrival. Packages being returned to Dara's Diamonds are required to have insurance and tracking as well. If the returned package does not have either one of these, you will be responsible for it.
4. What carrier does Dara's Diamonds use to ship packages?
Depending on the product purchased and the delivery method requested at checkout we will either use USPS, UPS or FedEx
5. Can I ship to an address that is not my billing address?
For security reasons we only ship to the billing address of the credit card or Google Checkout confirmed address. If you would like a product sent to a different address from your billing address, please contact us directly and we can set up a bank transfer (Payments by bank transfer will take up to 2 weeks to process).
6. How long does it take to receive my order?
Please send us an email and we can provide you with a tracking number. Including processing time, shipments can take anywhere from two to ten business days depending on shipping method selected.
ORDER QUESTIONS
1. I made a mistake in my order
Please send us an email ASAP. More likely than not, we will be able to switch or cancel your order. However if the order has been shipped already, you will have to wait until you receive the package and complete a return or exchange. We do offer a 14-day return policy and 30-days for exchanges and we will be happy to make any change for you free of charge.
2. What is your return/exchange policy?
We have a 7-day return policy with no restocking fee and 30-day restocking fee with a 20% restocking fee. In addition we offer a lifetime exchange policy. See www.darasdiamonds.com/returns for details.

4. I bought an item last week and now it is on sale.
We adjust the pricing on our items quite often. Fortunately we also offer a 30-day price guarantee. If an item you purchased goes on sale within 30 days of your purchase, please send us an email to notify us and we will reimburse you the difference in one to two business days. If an item you purchased goes up in price within 30 days of your purchase, please send us an email to notify us and we will send you a bill for the difference, but we suggest you just keep that one to yourself.
5. How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Checkout and in special and rare circumstances we will accept bank transfers. Unfortunately we can not accept checks, gift cards, cash or money orders at this time. Dara's Diamonds takes your safety seriously, our site is encrypted with 256-bit security so your personal information is safe.
6. When will my card be charged?
Since your jewelry goes into production to be set the moment it is placed, we do charge your card the moment you confirm your order at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is submitted. If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken. Please bear in mind that even if a payment fails to be authorized, some card issuers may still reserve the money temporarily.
7. I forgot to use my coupon!
We are sorry but we can not apply a coupon to an already existing order, please save it for next time!
8. Why was I charged sales tax?
Dara's Diamonds has to charge sales tax in California as we have a physical location there. We wish there was a way around this, but unfortunately there is not.
9. How long does it take you to respond to my emails?
We take customer service very seriously at Dara's Diamonds we always answer all questions within 24 hours (except Sundays and Holidays, although you may receive an email from us on both of these as well). If you have not received an email from us within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and/or add admin@darasdiamonds.com and customerservice@darasdiamonds.com to your address book.
10. Do you offer Financing?
No at this time we do not, however it is something we may offer in the future.

12. What payment methods do you accept?
For US customers we can only accept credit cards with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. We cannot accept international credit cards or credit cards without a billing address at this time. For international customers we can accept a bank transfer or money order only.
PRODUCT QUESTIONS
1. Are your diamonds natural?
Absolutely! Every diamond we sell is 100% natural. Dara's Diamonds does NOT sell any diamonds or diamond jewelry that have been treated or enhanced in any way.
2. Do you sell conflict or "Blood Diamonds"?
No. Blood diamonds are against our moral beliefs. All diamonds offered at Dara's Diamonds have been purchased from legitimate sources that are not involved in funding blood diamonds and are in compliance with the United Nations resolutions.
3. Why are your prices lower then any other website or a local jewelry store?
All our jewelry is designed and manufactured in-house and our diamonds come straight from the source. In order to offer our clients the best prices, we do not work with any diamond distributors or importers- we work directly with reputable mine owners, diamond cutters, and diamond suppliers overseas and pass the savings to our clients. We are confident that no diamond or jewelry retailer can compete with our low prices and quality, if you see a lower price elsewhere, let us know and we will match it.
4. Can you make me custom jewelry?
Yes. Send us an email describing in depth what you are looking for, if available send us a picture as well. If you saw the jewelry somewhere else, we can make it in house. Minimum orders for custom jewelry is $750. Allow up to 10 business days (usually less) to manufacture and perfect. In some cases, custom jewelry may not be eligible for returns.
5. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We offer a lifetime warranty on all our merchandise. Send us the jewelry and we will repair it free of charge. We will not replace lost diamonds.
6. Do you offer maintenance and cleaning?
Yes. We will clean your diamond jewelry (maximum 1 time per year) free of charge for the life of the item
7. Is your gold plated or solid?
We do NOT sell plated gold jewelry. All our gold merchandise is either 14k or 18k solid gold
8. The ring I ordered is not the right size, can you fix it?
Yes! Send it back to us and we will size it with the new size. We will resize a ring for you 1 time every 3 years. We do not recommend having the merchandise resized elsewhere as they can damage your ring.
